Emanuel Padilla

Emanuel Padilla serves as president of World Outspoken. He is committed to drawing the insights of the Latina/o church for the blessing of the wider church body. He is a licensed qualified administrator of the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI), and uses this tool among others to consult with churches on diversity & inclusion, organizational culture, and community engagement.

Rev. José Humphreys

Rev. Humphreys is a facilitator and pastor of Metro Hope Covenant Church, a multiethnic and multicultural church in East Harlem, New York City. Humphreys is involved in shalom-making in New York City through facilitating conversation, contemplation, and action across social, economic, cultural, and theological boundaries. Rev. Humphrey’s holds an MDiv from Alliance Theological Seminary and an MSW from Hunter College of Social Work. He is also author of Seeing Jesus in East Harlem.

Rev. David rAmos

Rev. Ramos currently serves as Assistant Director of the Residency Program at Redeemer CTC New York. He provides coaching to residents, and collaborates with local pastors and other strategic partners who desire staff support for their existing and emerging church plants. David earned his M.Div at Princeton Theological Seminary and a MSW from Rutgers School of Social Work.

Dr. Efrem Smith

Efrem Smith was the founding pastor of The Sanctuary Covenant Church, a multi-ethnic church in Minneapolis, MN. Pastor Smith completed his DMin at Fuller Theological Seminary. He also served as the President and CEO of World Impact, an urban missions organization committed to empowering urban leaders and planting churches in under-resourced communities. He continues his ministry as a pastor, consultant, motivational speaker, and author. He is passionate about life transformation, racial righteousness, thriving churches, and community development.

Rich Pérez

Rich is the author of “Mi Casa Uptown: Learning to Love Again”; a memoir of his experiences growing up in the inner city of Nueva York and the intersection of faith, family, identity and the significance of place. Founder and pastor of 10 years at Christ Crucified Fellowship in NYC before transitioning to Atlanta, GA with his wife Anna and their kids, Josiah and Hayden.

Dra. Liz Rios

Dr. Liz Rios has been in ministry for over 30 years serving in various capacities in almost every area of the church including 11 years as an Executive Pastor and a four as Co-Lead Pastor. She completed an EdD Nova Southeastern University and a DMin from Southeastern University. Her work, experiences, and research in church planting led her to start her own network, Passion2Plant, to encourage and support Black/Brown church planters committed to planting justice-oriented churches in urban communities.

Pastora Sarah Raquel Gautier

Sara Raquel Gautier is the lead pastor of Living Stones, a growing church in Boston. She is the author of Color Me Yellow – Finding Your Voice in the Tension Between God’s Promises and Their Fullfiment, and the host of Alive Living, a podcast where she discusses the abundant life found in God. Dr. Eric Rivera

Eric is the Lead Pastor at The Brook, a multiethnic church in Chicago. He has a Ph.D. from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School and is author of “Christ is Yours" (Lexham 2019) and a forthcoming book on how the resurrected Jesus meets us in our mess (Lexham Spring 2022). He married to his best friend Erikah in 2003 and together they are parents to three amazing kids.

Donecia Norwood-Smith

As co-owner and leadership coach of Influential LLC, Donecia is called to assist individuals, groups and corporations in cultivating ideas and making them a reality. Donecia and her husband Efrem founded and planted Sanctuary Covenant Church in Minneapolis, Minnesota where she helped to equip church leaders and served as Women’s Ministry Coordinator. She holds a BA degree in Sociology from the College of Saint Benedict in St. Joseph, MN, a MA in Human Services with an emphasis in Family Life Education from Concordia University.
