Volunteer Program

WOS is seeking gifted volunteers committed to preparing the mestizo church for cultural change. This increasingly diverse and urban world requires new ministry models. If you are a bilingual (Spanish/English preferred) talent interested in providing the church with quality content and training resources, we want you on our team.

This volunteer program runs for one academic year (August to May). Volunteers will be assigned to projects with designated start and end dates within the school year. When on a project, volunteers will work an average 10 hours a week, meeting weekly with a supervisor dedicated to their mentorship. Our volunteers get real experience with a ministry working directly with churches and non-profit organizations.
