Our Mission
World Outspoken (est. 2018) is a non-profit consulting firm. While many organizations exist to prepare the Church for cultural engagement or to discuss cultural trends from a Christian perspective, WOS exists to prepare the mestizo church for cultural change. As a mestizo people, the Church is called to make cultures that reflect the world as it should be. WOS supports Christians doing that work.

Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) - We work closely with pastors and leaders to develop D&I strategies that focus on increasing cultural competence at all levels within the organization.
Organizational Change - We examine your organizational culture by conducting audits and surveys. Our holistic approach involves collecting and analyzing data, facilitating focus groups, and administering climate surveys.
Community Engagement - Using social data, community mapping, and strategic planning our team guides leaders through the development of engagement strategies for their local context.
Conferences and Workshops - We partner with organizations to offer a variety of learning experiences preparing mestizo leaders to impact their culture with the power of the gospel.
